Lavender to support mood

These are trying times. So many ways to be stressed. Lots to deal with. Changes. Unknowns. It's normal to feel anxious.

But stress can be a dangerous enemy. Over time, stress degrades our organs, lowers our immune system, and drains our energy. I use oils for EVERYTHING, but sometimes I forget how good they are for just chilling us out.
