"I started with doTERRA five years ago when my daughter was born and Breathe was a lifesaver for us. She got a respiratory infection at three months old and it really helped her to be able to get her cries out and be able to breathe.

Flash forward five years later, this past winter my entire family got sick. We used Breathe, Black Pepper, Lime, Siberian Fir, Arborvitae and all of the respiratory oils that we could possibly think of. My chest hurt really bad and I was coughing a lot and my husband was also really sick. We put the oils on our chests and in the diffuser constantly and we were able to recover and not have a lot of long term issues from it so i'm just very grateful for my oils."

"I’m 68 years old and I injured my ankle in a fall. It's been like this for over a year, so I'm working at getting it better and getting it stronger. I've used Frankincense, Tea Tree oil, Lavender, Copaiba and Deep Blue and other oils often. It seems to be helping, I'm not 100%, but it feels like it's getting better.

I have a chocolate lab and a shiatsu and periodically when they feel nervous I'll use Geranium, Lavender and sometimes Lemongrass to help calm them. I'll either diffuse it or mix them with a little bit of coconut oil and just lightly massage them and they love it."
