"I’m 68 years old and I injured my ankle in a fall. It's been like this for over a year, so I'm working at getting it better and getting it stronger. I've used Frankincense, Tea Tree oil, Lavender, Copaiba and Deep Blue and other oils often. It seems to be helping, I'm not 100%, but it feels like it's getting better.
I have a chocolate lab and a shiatsu and periodically when they feel nervous I'll use Geranium, Lavender and sometimes Lemongrass to help calm them. I'll either diffuse it or mix them with a little bit of coconut oil and just lightly massage them and they love it."
